Saw the fight, gave it to De Leon but the Ring mag and a couple of other media have Penalosa winning a closed fight. There reason is Penalosa was landing the cleaner punches.

de leon was the champion and penalosa didnt do enough to win the tittle he out worked him all fight long. he was throwing like 100 punches per round while penalosa threw way less than he did. nd what bout when gonzalez was beating the **** out of him untill the body punch. ok he is not a bum but he aint no A caliber fighter
