I remember it people saying boxing was dying and when we would see a next megafight with the retirement of Oscar and Floyd. Now with Pac emerging and Floyd back, we may have the biggest fight in the history of the sport.
To me that is the most beautiful thing about boxing. Within half a year or so, the entire landscape of boxing can change. We went from laughing at the idea of Team Pacquiao thinking they could beat a seemingly indestructable Antonio Margarito,, to Shane re-emerging as a Star, and a lot more shocking events than made the entire scene of boxing look different than it was a year ago.
I'm just hyped to see what surprising and new things 2010 has in store for us.
