just want to get thst out there, because i saw this picture of Pacman as the GOAT. and that's just wrong. Pacman is the bomb, he definitely is one of the GOAT's, but not the GOAT. that is always gonna be SRR.

u gotta put stuff in perspective: like Bert Sugar said, Pacman won in 7 weight divisions, more than Willie Pep, right? but there weren't as many weight classes back then. if u look at the weights, Willie Pep is still ahead.

and then look at the records, SRR fought every 2 weeks or so... and damn! look how he fought, IF u knocked him down, u'd be ****tin urself, cuz then u were in real trouble.. SRR would own Pacman.

I thoroughly enjoy watching Pacman fight and like how he handles him, he's a classy dude. It is what it is..

True, but then how many of the original weight classes has pacquiao won a world title in? Flyweight, Featherweight, Lightweight, and Welterweight. that's 4 of the original weight classes, still impressive!

as for the topic, SRR probably beats Pac at welterweight. SRR was effective all the way up to light heavy! Welter is probably Pac's limit.

Not only do they have more weight-class they also have more titles now. If they had all they had all the divisions and all the titles they have now back then. Henry Armstrong would of won 8 titles in 8 weight classes. What Pac is doing is impressive no doubt. But SRR, Armstrong, Greb, Pep, Langford, Charles, B. Leonard are greater fighters.
