I think tito looks comfortable at this weight. As a boxer your face doesn't need to be ****** in like a fish to be in shape. Sometimes when boxers are at there natural weight they look full, big strong and healthy. Of course to make weight they starve for a while but some don't have to starve as much as others. If you look at Marco Antonio Barrera his face is full and so is his body. Same with Jermaine Taylor. Tito will be fine and should beat winky if he is patient and doesn't get fustrated because of winky's defence. Tito needs to work the body for sure, if not he may be in for a suprise. Winky can take a punch.
