Vitali and Wlad are just as much to blame for the fights not happening as Haye. Wlad offered Haye a BS contract which he accepted but the only income he would see from the fight disappeared with Setanta, how many pro boxers can you name that would fight for free?

Vitali then offered the same BS contract that had multiple rematch clauses and wouldn't budge in the negotiations, so Haye took a better deal where he would win a world title and make more money. Vitali can say he wants Haye as much as he wants but if he don't play fair in negotiations he should be the one that's blamed for the fight not happening.

Best post in a long time.

Still, the Haye haters will just pretend to not see this.

Make the fight! Screw the belts! They're worthless anyway. Vlad Klit should have the WBA belt for beating Chagaev, and the WBC was going to force Vitali to fight the Makaev/Austin Winner! Those organizations are jokes at best and criminals at worst. Haye or Vitali can't make half as much against anyone else as they can against each other right now, so why even consider a rediculous "sanctioning" racket's idiotic dictates, that keep them from their maximum earning potential? Does not make sense.

When is Haye Ruiz going to to be made? If he knows he has to fight him why can't the fight just be set right away. Instead of waiting til like June or some ****.

You're far more likely to see Ruiz-Haye, Haye-Valuev II, or Haye-Ruiz II, if he loses to Ruiz (not unlikely), Haye-Valuev III, and so on. Haye wants Vitali to retire and then if he's forced to, fight Wlad, who he thinks he at least has a chance against. Personally I think Vitali would have to work harder to beat Haye than Wlad would, but whatever. You'll likely be seeing Haye fight Ray Austin before he fights a Klitschko. Sauerland / King are going to milk this guy dry before they feed him to either Klitschko brother. And Haye and Booth can't do a thing about it.
Boooom shakalaka. Thats exactly how it is and its in both parties interest to do this, Haye will keep fighting bums for the next couple fights and King will milk one hw title for a lil bit.

He didnt want the Klitschko contract because they had options on him..funny how he signed with Sauerland and let them have a 3 fight deal on him
After Haye fights Ruiz Sauerland will prolly make him fight Valuev again and then a rematch with Ruiz:gay:

There's one thing you Hayeters are forgetting. I will quote Dan Rafael of ESPN.com on this:

"Listen to me when I say this and listen clearly: Sauerland has options on future Haye fights. Period. Haye fans are as delusional as Mayweather fans."

                      http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/chat...ith-dan-rafael

You know what this means. Haye and Booth have no say over who Haye fights for the forseeable future. They only have a say in where he fights, not who he fights. Sauerland and Don King both have a say in Haye's future now. That means this: Ruiz, Valuev II, Ruiz II or Valuev III, Ray Austin, Sergei Liakhovich. Haye had a golden chance to fight the best HW fighters in the world, and if he would have won as easily as he said he would (which he obviously didn't believe himself), he would have been king of the freaking universe. Now he is going to be Sauerland's puppet. How is that a great move? The belt he has is a joke, because Chagaev was the real champion -- Valuev lost to him and never fought him again. So in theory, Wlad has that belt too, having beaten Chagaev. Haye is in official heavyweight no man's land, and one lucky punch from someone like Ruiz means his chances of ever fighting a Klitschko for a big payday are OVER.
An exceedingly ****** move by Haye and Booth, but what else is new?
