I lifted weights all my adult life , tried all the supplements , was offered drugs back in the 60's by a football coach, steriods! They fed it to football players and made them look like the HULK ! Coaches either didn't know or didn't care. One took them himself and was benching 405 in short order at a fairly old age, now its ZOOOMMMMMMM out of this world mang !!! 405 is nothing now mang !!! Dyanabol however you spell it was easy to get, I am glad I never got into that !!

I was 38 , walked into a gym in Dallas, traveled all the time was chubby and out of shape, the gym Owner was a WORLD CHAMPION Power lifter. He smiled and said you like fried chicken don't you , LOL !!! He showed me how to do a proper squat, I was wobbling around with 225, but in 6 months on tuna and eggs I went to a solid 550 squat with 7 or 8 champions judging my squat , NO STERIODS,,,,,,, my point:

I passed up some guys my age that were using steriods and they were questioning how in the world I just did that,,,,, the coach was shaking his head while he was grinning, then one of the dudes came up and said I have something for you that will really make that weight go up , I declined.

All the supplements did nothing for me, that you buy out of GNC but Creatine. I am sure something has come out to put it all together that is not anabolic steriods.
