    I knew it

    he eats a vegan diet.

Which means he gets maximum muscle and minimum fat in a 140 lb body

Diaz is clearly very fat and not as much muscle which is why he is slow and weak.

    Muscle supports itself

actually going a vegan diet is not productive at all for keeping muscle, protein is almost non-existent in vegetables

i would say it was twice as hard to build a good level of muscle mass without any animal produce in your diet, no meat, milke, eggs etc would make it difficult... however it of course does make him more impresive if this is the case

nuts and seeds can have high levels of protein, but its more the calorie levels that would be hard to maitain i think

When he was 11 or 12 his Dad said he could only have a quadbike if he agreed to do a hundred sit ups and press ups everyday for a year. He did and got the bike, he's got a good mentality, he also did bodybuilding when he was younger. When he was 12 he said he had tennisballs for biceps. I read an article for the magazine "fighting fit" and it documents why he is the shape and size he is. It's not natural, he's done more work than any other boxer to alter his body. Nothing to do with genetics, ****** people saying this should be shot.

I didn't say Bradley was lower than 4% but I said its not uncommon before a fight that below 4% is reached. Cutting body fat (and water) is the only way to cut those extra few pounds to make weight.

I assume Amir wouldn't lie, 1.5% isn't healthy but perhaps that could explaim his god awful chin at 135 and the increase in punch resistance at 140.
bahahaaaaa perhaps the most ignorant post ive ever seen

How many fighters do you know that have reached 4% bodyfat? Do you even know what the human body looks like in that condition? because I can't think of any.
Bradley and Lamon are probably among the most shredded professional prize fighters out there and I would say there bodyfat percentages range from 5-7%.

Amir Khan is wrong, plain and simple. There is no way on this planet he is 1.5% bodyfat simply because it isnt even possible. Hell, he isnt even as cut up as Bradley.

its more of a testament to Bradley's genetics....you just dont see many prize fighters go as low as he does. Guy could of become a professional bodybuilder because he all the tools.

Juan Diaz on the other hand should actually lift weights and add some muscle on his frame, that way he can lose alot of the fat on his body and add strength. Its embarrasing

people who use genetics as excuse/reason why someone else is better than themselves or others are generally lazy, genetics play a small part

as for juan diaz .. why ? would it benefit his boxing career ? im not so sure, calzaghe is hardly muscular ... didnt do him very much harm.... this is a sport not a beauty paigent
