dude, you have no idea what 4% looks like. 4% is having veins pop out everywhere,

Not impossible before a weigh in

I didn't say Bradley was lower than 4% but I said its not uncommon before a fight that below 4% is reached. Cutting body fat (and water) is the only way to cut those extra few pounds to make weight.

I assume Amir wouldn't lie, 1.5% isn't healthy but perhaps that could explaim his god awful chin at 135 and the increase in punch resistance at 140.

"Essential fat is that amount of fat necessary for maintenance of life and reproductive functions. The percentage for women is greater than that for men, due to the demands of childbearing and other hormonal functions. Essential fat is 3–5% in men, and 8–12% in women"

"Bodybuilders will often compete at ranges even lower than these levels. Certified personal trainers will suggest to male bodybuilders that they should aim for a body fat percentage between 2–4% by contest time"

It's possible to get by on 3%

dude, impossible. weigh in all you're doing is taking water out, you're not cutting fat lol .

1.5 is psychially impossible, so no. Like I said it's rare for a bber to even come in @ 4% and that's after steroid usage.

YOu need to brush up on bodybuilding.

ye and they just pose, try hitting 3% BF and then fighting a 12 round fight the following night ... not possible

seems most of the people on here are just fatter than they think, most people would look absolutley shreded on about 7% BF, bradley is around the 5,6 % range i would say at the lowest
