No. The fighter all the Floyd haters say Floyd is is the fighter that Malignaggi ACTUALLY is. He's a B level fighter. Pacquiao is an A+ level fighter and one of the two best in the world. He's smart enough and fast enough to corner the Guido easily and never let him out.
