This is why Burner fails so hard on a lot of his predictions. He gets so caught up with these tiny details that aren't even necessarily true. First of all, Paulie doesn't have a great right hand. It's so fragile and tender he constantly opts not to throw it. He certainly doesn't throw it with conviction frequently enough for this prediction. JMM and mayweather do have strong right hands that could be troublesome but Paulie would get absolutely mobbed by Pacquiao.

He is not in Manny's league. He is not in Bradley's league either. Bradley would beat him up, stop him late or win a UD.

If not for Paulie's glass right hand then maybe this would be worth considering, however it is in fact fine china so it's not at all worth considering. In addition, for a back peddling fighter, Malignaggi has a surprisingly frequent problem with defensive lapses. Paulie would get dominated and his excellent chin would only serve to prolong the punishment. This fight does NOT go the distance. I predicted Paulie to beat Diaz both times, and I have nothing against him but stylistically this would be a nightmare for Paulie. Pac could beat him and still have enough energy to kick Foreman's ass.
