It's a regional belt, they've always been around. A lot longer than 3 of the 'major' alphabet titles.

All the alphabetical belts are BS. None of them are "real" belts. Then only "real" belt is the lineal belt.

It's like Paul Williams when people were calling him a 2 division champion. I wouldn't consider it legit.

no, you need to win world titles not regional titles
