The Ebo Elders-Juan Diaz fight off!

I just went to check the Maxboxing schedule to see if any fights were on today and was shocked that the Ebo Elders-Diaz fight had been replaced by a Bantom weights Raul Martinez (7-0, 6 KO’s) vs. Larry Olvera (5-3-2). Apparently Diaz was cut on the eyelid in sparring and pulled out. I am really disapointed about this because I think I was actually looking forward to this fight more then any other. It actually makes me care a lot less about this PPV, although I'm sure I'll still watch it anyways. Besides, the other 3 fights are still hella good and all.

Now the Elders people are saying that Diaz getting cut during sparring sounds too damn cute, since when is the World Champ began sparring without a head gear a week before the fight?

Of course Elder's people will say that. Hype the match.

But I don't think for a second that Juan Diaz is at all worried about Ebo Elder. I seriously don't see a big difference in Elder and Billy Irwin, whom Diaz easily beat.
