I think Estrada has a FIGHTING chance, he needs to apply the pressure as he said he would! I think too many people are underestimating David, people seem to forget who's in his corner, he's a younger hungrier fighter, I will not be surprised if Estrada upsets Mosely!

I absolutely love to watch David fight and I am kind of upset that he has to fight Shane...David Estrada is an animal in the ring...

Everything in this fight points to David being outclassed in this one...he probably will not be able to hurt Shane and who knows how Shane's power will be...it could be back to form...

However I believe somewhere in my gut that this kid has a shot at outworking Mosely and surprsing everyone...

I was in Reno last week and put $100 on Estrada...at least for now in my mind he has a shot.

David Estrada in a shocker by split decision.

If Estrada wins I think he will then become #1 contender for the WBC, currently Mosely is #1 contender at welterweight for WBC, so whoever wins might be fighting Judah in a mandatory.

Its wierd because Estrada is ranked #2 by IBF so if he wins he might get #1 contender status with them as well. But he is ranked #13 by the WBC. So if Estrada wins its very likely he will have to face Judah in a mandatory because he will likely be #1 contender for the IBF and WBC both of the belts Judah holds.

Whoever wins is set for a mandatory with Judah for both the WBA and IBF belts. Can Judah handle Mosely or Estrada?

Agreed. Mosley will hopefully look like his 'old' self in this fight..and since you mentioned Vernon, damn I wish he'd come back so bad!
