Diaz could have sat out and waited for a bigger name than Malignaggi and yet he had a pair of balls and fought Malignaggi in a rematch.

Why was Malignaggi more deserving of a rematch than Ngoudjo?

Because Malignaggi got a gift decision over Ngoudjo.Malignaggi has yet to prove that he could beat Ngoudjo and claims that he is a better fighter since that year.The only way to find out is to prove it.

I actually had Ngoudjo winning that fight as well, but then by your logic Emmanuel Augustus deserves a rematch against Ngoudjo because there is no way he won that fight.

Ngoudjo got his due for the Malignaggi fight by being put into an eliminator in his next fight, followed by a title fight against Urango.
