Paulie could beat Marquez if Marquez is slow as hell at 140...

Paulie's style would frustrate Marquez for a while IMO...I think if Marquez has something left he can beat Paulie but it wouldn't be easy...

Paulie looked very sharp at 140. Probably his best weight. JMM @ 144 was slow and fat but he might be different @140. I slightly give JMM the edge though it would be a difficult fight for JMM coz Paulie doesn't initiate a brawl.
