I think the Campbell and Marquez(and even his wins too...he had a very physically demanding style) took a lot out of him. We all know he took a lot of punishment in the Marquez fight, and Nate did land over 400 punches on Diaz throughout the fight. thats not something to overlook.
but really, hes fallen a lot imo...not meant as an insult to Malignaggi. But Diaz's main asset was his punch output, and its just not there anymore. Part of that is most definitely due to Malignaggi's style, but at the same time, Diaz had some of his very best moments when he was actually aggressive and threw combinations.
there was really so little infighting from Diaz...I mean, he just doesnt look anything like his old undefeated self. really was a shame.
