No, both these fighters aren't good enough to beat any top guys at 140 .

The difference is that Malignaggi is a true 140lb, Diaz is a 135lb.

Bradley and Khan both UD Paulie. They could both probably stop Diaz late on (he got rocked by Paulie LMAO!).... Urango/Paulie would be very interesting, I think Paulie might just beat him!

Im the biggest Paulie fan there is but he aint going to beat anyone if he doesnt stop clowning and starts getting more focused. He also hasnt grown at all which is sad to see. I actually think he was better going into the Cotto fight then he is now
