Comments Thread For: Jean Pascal Shoulder Injury May Push Back Return

BoxingScene.com has been advised that Jean Pascal's right shoulder injury will likely push back his planned ring return. Pascal had wanted to return in March, but he injured his right shoulder during Friday's unanimous decision win over Adrian Diaconu in Canada. I've been told his right shoulder was badly dislocated during the second half of the Diaconu rematch and it had to popped back in, twice, between rounds. [Click Here To Read More]

I think it happened in round 5, and Pascal stopped using the right as much as he had in the first 4 rounds. And then he settled with it, until it popped out again in round 9 or so.

He did great to get through and just as well that Diaconu could not pressure a one-armed fighter.

That is a shame. One thing about Pascal, he is a very active fighter and he seemed to be gaining much respect and momentum.

Hope he is not sidelined too long.

Pascal looked great yesterday. He almost finished in round 4 Diaconu, but then the injury and he couldn't use right hand much. Still he was trying to finish a fight by ko great fighter with big heart.

dislocating your shoulder is sore, popping it back once, never mind twice is sore as feck.

Pascal is one of my current favourites, never in a boring fight and hard as iron.
