They dont analize ****, they automatically assumes that because fighter A beat fighter B and B beat C that A>>>>>>>>>>C




This is how I see it!!

Quitana is as good at Counterpunching as Martinez, more power, way better when leading, Better body puncher Better combinations.




Martinez is faster with his feet and hands than Quintana, better movement, Better jab, more stamina and more accuracy.


The game with the better game plan wins.

People need to realize though, that Martinez took the PWill fight on a months notice. Yes he stays in good shape year round but with the lack of a full training camp to prepare and fighting in one of the best fights of 2009 against the most avoided fighter is a hell of an accomplishment. I thought he won by a point and I've watched it twice. Quintana has resided in the shadow of Miguel Cotto as PR's main attraction so few really know his resume.

Quintana don't have as much power as Martinez my man. Quintana was catching Williams with left after left and never had him as hurt as Martinez did several times in their fight.

I do agree that Quintana has underrated pop. People think he's feather fisted and that he sure as hell aint.
