    The Myth of Pac's Power

Since moving up from 130 everyone is wondering how Pac has gained so much power, the truth is that he hasn't. Pac's recent (T)KO's (save Hatton) have come from an accumulation of punches. His opponents have not been able to see, nevertheless time him. Diaz and ODLH have come on record and said that his power was nothing special and that it was his speed that overwhelmed them.

It also doesn't hurt that Manny can eat 5 times a day and doesn't have to cut weight anymore. So anyone like Pauli or Sr. who's su****ious of Manny because of his 'Power' is full of ****!

the punches you dont see are the ones that hurt the most. and pac is the best at catching you with something you cant see.

The uppercut that layed out Cotto is a perfect example.

Once you have a good distance (Mayweather, Marquez)...won't be too hard to see the punches coming.

i think the fact that he throws punches from strange angles, has lightening quick speed, only wears 8oz gloves and he can train/eat like a fighter who doesn't have to make weight are the main reasons for pacmans power.......not steroids

Fighters who can telegraph pac's movements (attack) will be able to handle it.
The key is, can you maintain it for 12 rounds?

The problem is he can close gaps rapidly. Distance isn't gonna save anyone from taking shots.

Pacquiao is more powerful now, I have no doubt about it. Ariza has been the strength and conditioning coach since the Diaz fight and they've worked on power, speed and explosiveness. Also, Pacquiao cutting less weight helps.

                  1) Diaz and Oscar
                  2) His opponents have stated that they could not see his punches coming

                    Definitely.
I believe Mayweather will match Pac's footwork ... the question will be, will he be able to keep it up for 12 rounds.
If the answer to that is yes, then prolly mayweather via UD.
