Why is he never mentioned when it comes to the CW's? The can box really good he got really good power. The guy is like the nicest guy in the world. He's probably the best CW in the world but does'nt get his dues. the guy has won the Contender in impressive fashion. He still does'nt get recognition it's just silly really.

First of all thanks for posting something other than another Floyd/Manny flame post.
I think Troy is very solid boxer too. He is suffering from what most "good" fighters face. "Anonymity". Nobody knows who he is on a large scale. With no big fights on his resume and without a big mouth or an overly aggressive balls to the wall fighting style fans never find out who these guys are. Then add to the fact he's in a division that the average fan couldn't name the champion in he'll fail to get any notice.
I for one hopes he gets a shot at Adamek or another name fighter and soon cause he's getting up there in age. And his best days may soon be behind him. -
its mainly because he is a cruiserweight. most people and even casual boxing fans dont pay attention to heavyweight it seems.
But this guy is good and a joy to watch. i agree he should have more exposure. but that can be blamed on his promoter. get him some TV fightsComment
