Comments Thread For: Vitali Klitschko Headlines a Triple: Pre-HBO Report Card

By Cliff Rold - After a strong 2009 campaign, this is it…

    …for HBO anyways.

There are still a few more dots to be connected in the sport before the year comes to a close but boxing’s flagship network in the U.S. is drawing the curtain for a solid month. They haven’t closed with a weak selection. [Click Here To Read More]

    Johnson A speed???

I would give A speed to an heavyweight like Holmes,A+ to a prime Ali.

How the **** Johnson would ride with the A speed crew???I remember a flat footed guy beeing sometimes bullied by Devin Vargas before the ko,I must have miss some fights...

His jab can be lazy, but his right hand is laser fast. Not much mustard so he gets bulled sometimes.

Don't quite your day job, ******.

This ****** drug indused writer gave Johnson a B in power. He should be thrown out on the street. This is the Heavy wieght division, not the Straw wieght division, any brother at Heavywieght that has more decisions than he has knockouts has a D or an F in power.

klitschko is the man. exactly how a boxer should act. if he doesn't get injured nobody can beat him on his best day. too strong and smart. he will win this one easily by knockout.

How is it that boxing experts, [perhaps dubbed as such by others who know very little about boxing] would not give Klitschko some credit for his masterly and masterful methods of winning virtually all his fights. He may have an "arm punch" when he's baiting, or measuring the distance, but certainly there's no question but that his right hand is thrown with full force and follow through.

One has only to see the Danny Wiliams fight to know this.

And, it's a constant surprise to me that I always see V KLitschko, in the pre fight matchups, given an A- for power, when the poor old cripple has KO'd or stopped by TKO 37 of his 38 wins.

Whatever happened to good ol' A........????

The whole nonsense is just what it is...........NONSENSE !1

0-2 Cliff. Paulie had every single disadvantage going into the last fight. Diaz had everything from ringsize, weight, location and confidence on his side. He has none of that and is in for a raping. As for the Vitali fight, it wont be close. UD or late KO for Vitali. The man never even loses rounds and all the sudden Johnson is going to be right there for the upset? Boo to you sir.
