I don't know why people overrate Cloud so much.
I mean Tarver beat Clinton Woods worse than he did.
He was the first to stop JC Gonzales from accumulation but in the Woods fight he got hit a lot.
He's top 10 but I don't think he's number 3.
And he's had exactly 2 fights in the last 2 plus years.
