Really, for those saying that is Clottey's belt...you should be saying it should be Manny Pacquiao's belt. Clottey vacated the IBF belt b/c the IBF wanted him to fight someone else rather than Cotto and would not allow him to put the belt on the line. Although, I also read somewhere the IBF was going to allow it but Clottey did not fill out the paperwork in time.

Whatever the case, I am sure all of us can agree that in a world that makes sense, the belt should have been on the line in the the Cotto/Clottey fight and it should have become Cotto's IBF title after the fight. Cotto then lost to Pacman, who for all intents and purposes "should" be the WBO/IBF welterweight champ right now. I dont see how anyone could say the IBF title should be Clottey's right now...or how people could still say Cotto never beat a titleist for their belt, considering he beat Clottey but the BS sanctioning body would not sanction a unification bout. He beat the IBF champ but the IBF wouldn't give him the belt...not his fault. Either way, the belt should be Pacman's right now, b/c it "should" have become Cotto's after the Clottey fight...without getting into who "really" won the Cotto/Clottey fight of course.

Regardless, Issac was not that good. He was by far the weakest of all the WW titleholders.

Zaveck is now the worst of the WW title holders hes better than fighters without a title either. Berto, Mosley, Clottey, Pacquiao, Cotto, Margarito, Mayweather, Collazo all deserve to be ranked higher than him IMO.
