I can be wrong, and am in this instance. I've just seen in Boxrec that he came in as light, and even lighter, against both Sam Peter, and Sanders.

Ten years ago he was weighing in the 230's.

If you want to take a look:

Who are the fighters in the clip?? They look -vaguely- like Robimnson and Bobo Olson.

Yeah, 242lbs isn't that bad for a 6'3'' heavyweight, especially if it's solid. At least he isn't coming in at a ridiculous weight like some people have in the past.

Vitali looks lean, confident, and mean.

I remember seeing some of Kevin Johnson's posts on this forum last week, he is registered on boxingscene. Whatever the outcome, respect goes to Kevin for actually fighting Vitali while David Haye hides from him.

actually this is borderline bad news for Klitschko. It has been stated that the Klitschkos actually GAIN weight in training not lose weight like most heavyweights. This is because they seem to 'walk around' at 240's and lose muscle mass after fights and gain no fat and when fight time comes they train so hard they gain 5-10lbs of muscle. So if anything this could signify that V Klit didn't train as hard and gain his usual muscle mass back through muscle memory.

The Klitschkos are very smart. Staying in shape all the time and not constantly fluctuating in weight like the other heavyweights do, is a big plus point.

Hey *******, go ahead and just admit you won't be here tomorrow after the fight when your butt buddy gets beat. This is about the DUMBEST post I have ever seen. You don't have any ****ing idea what you're talking about.

When has weight EVER been a factor in a Vitali fight besides for the guy fighting him.

Maybe he had to **** or before the weigh-in this time, but usually goes afterwards. Ridiculous question.

Looks like KJ has a limp **** hand shake, shoulders like Kevin McHale. He's long than Vitali and can land without having to walk through incoming fire. It will be interesting to see if Vitali wades in, or if just turns into a boring jab fest.
