There have been no rumours about Floyd, Jr doing steroids. Malignaggi, Cintron, Berto and DiBella have not said anything about Floyd being dirty. They did talk, however, about Manny abusing steroids.
So, when the casual fan hears about steroid testing in this fight, they link it to Manny.
This move by the Mayweathers will spread the su****ions about Manny. Team Pac had no choice but to accept. How would it look it they refused? What would people say then?

He did have a choice. If he was on steroids, he could have said he didn't want to get tested "extremely," because he has always tested negative, and that he is a victim of slander.
