Well it was indeed true that he agreed! But he then backed out.. And the excuses came in.

if you wanna drag me to that previous negotioation i'm sorry but i'm not interested to join all these ****** peds debates here in nsb. i'm looking forward for this fight to happen and i'm not gonna dwell on what happened in the past. hell some of you even made your own research about this peds thing and compiled web articles and videos about the issue just so you can have some sort of ****** bragging rights in this forum...i'm not gonna waste my time for that.

What are you talking about? Did you not read it? I just did... Once again I said no I wouldn't be surprised for anybody who tested positive. That is the era that we live in now.

If you understand that "this is the era we live in", then why were/are you so onesided on testing?
You jumped on the "Manny don't have to/Floyd don't run the sport" ship. Its like now you see the light, you're understanding why Floyd wants these test.

His position seemed to change once Pacquiao's position changed. He's a terrible poster from what I can tell. He tries hard to sound objective but it's obvious that he's not. As you can see, when Pacquiao initially agreed to the testing he was giving Pacquiao props saying that his acceptance of Mayweather's request proves that he's clean. However when Pacquiao went back and changed his position, he just made excuses instead of remaining consistent. I've never seen this guy say that Pacquiao's refusal makes him look su****ious. If one understands that this is the PED era and that all pro athletes are under su****ion of using PEDs, then one shouldn't excuses for athletes who are opposed to more stringent drug testing.
