    anyone remember who Calvin Grove was?

    he gave azumah nelson all he could handle..he fought gatti, kostya tszyu..i grew up with his nieces and nephews back in the 90's in coatesville PA

    Yeah good fighter he was , came over Aus and Koed Fenech , Jeff was shot at the time but Calvin was very good all the same .

          yea..my friends (his neices and nephews) used to always tell me about him back in the day and that was before i got into boxing

                  Yeah man, of course. He was a great fighter. Fought everyone back when he was fighting. Was a very good, tough champion.

                  I doubt many will know him in NSB though.

                  Most don't know anyone apart from Mayweather, Pac, Cotto, Oscar and Marquez here.

                    haha yea..i think that has alot to do with the fact that boxing has become a little more popular in the mainstream media and pop culture as of late..which means alot of kids will be coming on this site now lol
