You may not mean to be, but your posts do come off as rude and abrasive. I notice it in most of your posts. Not all, but definitely the majority.

The thing is, I'd probably seem the same, if I didn't read each post through thoroughly, as if it were written by someone else, before I hit the "Post Reply" button. Sometimes things that don't seem rude to use when we write it, seems that way when someone else does.

yea I think that Trinidad Sr. was mad cuz of the child that Tito had with that other woman, but **** him, that's the problem when your father is your trainer, he might be a good trainer but it's like he just want to get all the credit...

Exactly! Tito is a grown ass man and his dad needs to learn how to keep the personal life and business side seperated, especially with a big fight like Hopkins! But you are 100% right, the reason why his dad didn't slap him was cuz of the beef they had, and he needed to get more hype, but if is trainer, which happens to be his father wasn't on his side then TITO was all mentally ****ed up for the fight!!!!! Hence, I'm not saying he would have beat Hopkins 100% if he was more mentally prepared but NO ONE can say that it didn't effect Trinidad's performance!!!

Okay, first and foremost yes I am Puerto Rican and a Tito Trinidad Fan! Okay now that the cat's out the bag I would like to enlighten you guys on a little thing that I find weird when I look at the Hopkins/Trinidad fight. Don't know if anyone ever brought this up but I have never seen it brought up so here it goes...

In EVERY SINGLE Tito Trinidad fight his DAD slaps him in the face between rounds, sort of a way to "hype" him up in the fight. Does anyone know the number of times his DAD slapped him the night he fought Hopkins? The answer is NONE!

Now I realize by posting this I'm opening myself up to a lot of ignorant people who are going to think I'm using this as an excuse as to why he lost, but I am not! The fact is Hopkins dominated him and that's that! BUT the fact that he and his father were not talking two weeks before the fight (he also stopped training him) had to have had a negative effect on him as a boxer. That being said I really look forward to a rematch with Hopkins but I fear if TITO were to win it would mean nothing because Hopkins is getting older by the minute. Your thoughts?

Nah, it basically illustrates that him and his dad were beefing, because the slap is more than just a slap it's something that HAPPENS IN EVERY FIGHT. So obviously, if Trinidad and his Dad were on better terms for that fight, it MAY have (and I'm saying MAY have not 100% certain) ended a different way...

Yes after round 3. I'm sure he got slapped in rounds after round 3 BUT Tito's dad slaps him AS SOON AS HE SITS DOWN and they don't show Tito in his corner sitting down for the rest of the fight because Mayorga was getting his ass handed to him so the camera focused on Mayorga's corner. Good Question!
