Ducking Cunningham?

Why is this polack fighting heavyweight tomato cans instead of a rematch of a fight of the year candidate with Cunningham? Are HBO & ST or even ESPN execs not willing to offer more cash to make the rematch? C'mon ESPN! Estrada? Really? The Cunningham fight could have been made for a REAL Championship fight with no sanctioning racket or fees in the way, which allows for a bigger purse for the fighters. Adamek must be scared to fight Cunningham again. Its the only thing that could be preventing the rematch.
