When I went to NY I was riding in the cab and I startde talking to teh driver we got on the subject of Giuliani he started bitching about him for how he treated them. Something about the new safety rules he enstated while in office, the guy was complaining that following the new set of rules would mean he would no longer be able to live off of driving a cab.
