I was just thinking about this belt (to be fair i havent given it a thought since i say they were doing it) and what a ****ty idea it is, mainly because you would have special catch weight fights to win it. but after thinking about this maybe its not such a bad idea, for example once the belt is won it pretty much goes where where the holder goes. so say Pacquaio holds it now if he was to not fight Floyd and move up to fight Yuri Forman and say he put belt on the line and lost it the belt would stay in that division with Foreman until he moves up or a challenger steps up, so say Floyd moves up and whips Foreman for the belt then moves back down it goes with him then in 5 years some prospect from 140 moves up beats him and moves down to 140 again taking belt with him sort of makes it like a p4p belt in a way
