Honestly. Like any other fight with Pacquiao if you do not find a way to deal with his speed early on your in BIG trouble. On numerous occasions Pacquiao has come that of a surprise in last few fights Oscar, Hatton, Cotto, his speed overwhelms his opponents early everytime! Mayweather really needs to be careful in the first few opening rounds and not get to careless in there. Pacquiao will be looking to shock Mayweather as soon as that bell rings, i can see pacquiao trying to make his mark fast, possibly coming out all guns blazing to really unsettle Mayweather.

I don't think we have to worry about Mayweather being careful in the first few rounds. I expect the first round to be a pretty boring one.

      I could see that too

Mayweather's gonna need to adapt quickly or those punches will build up on him. Punches he's not using to coping with.

idk, maybe Pacquiao's going out with a surprise by outboxing Floyd to try proving he's smarter. But this is HIGHLY unlikely lol

He proved that he's stronger than Cotto, but I dont see Pacquiao's ego taking over him. Pacquiao + Mayweather is gonna be a great fight

he laid back the first 3 rounds against cotto so he could feel him out, he most likely will not try to pounce until he figures floyd out, floyd also will not try to impose his size like de la hoya, hatton, or cotto did, meaning he will be less susceptable to getting hurt because he will be moving backwards, and he has phenomenal defense as well,

if it goes mayweathers way, they will feel each other out, going about even until midway through the fight, where pacquiao will begin to feel the effects of getting picked apart

if it goes pacquiaos way, after about 4 rounds he will feel floyd out and put pressure on him, working his body to slow him down, if he is able to do enough dammage to floyds body while not getting hurt too much himself, then he will be able to hunt for the ko

floyd will lose the first couple of rounds... he's gonna try and get used to the speed and power.

You are the only person that Ive ever heard say that. Even the haterz know that Floyd is the smartest cat in the game. You really think that after 4 rounds Pac will adjust and take over? No way. Most people who pick Floyd think that he will start slow and that Pac will jump out with the lead but after 4 rounds Floyd will figure him out like he does everyone and Pac wont win a single round the rest of the fight
