on first look it looks crazy and too high, but, kotelnik was top 5 so when you beat him you automatically take his place, looking at the rest of the list, theyre all young fighters or new at the weight and are just as unproven with the expection of urango, he should be behind hatton still, his last fight was in may and you cant call that inactive yet.

All have legit reasons to be ranked above him right now.

Kotelnik was a good and legitimate win, but he was the weakest of the five then champions (Hatton, Bradley, Urango, Witter)

Hopefully if he does the right thing and drops Warren fast, he can prove worthy of the top 5 and get a showdown with Bradley for the Ring belt.
