He's always been fast, but he is looking faster and more powerful since moving to Roach. In my opinion, this is because;
1- At Lightweight, he was trimming down a lot. I wouldn't say he was drained as such, but IMO, it could have had some effect.
2- They took away all the upper body muscle mass that he built up pointlessly, and worked on placing strength in his legs
3- Working on Khans fundamentals etc.

Yep, Khan can throw 5 punches a second, that is crazy quick and what a great sparring partner for Pacquiao, the only thing is Pacquiao will NOT find a sparring partner who can imitate Mayweathers Defense
