A football sized stadium in Vegas to host SUPER-MEGA-FIGHTS?

Damnit, if only there was a Dallas sized or even just a moderate 65,000 seat stadium in Las Vegas. All the super mega fights would only be in Las Vegas, not that most of them have been.

Let me put up a scenario:
1st, Mark Cuban or that Phoenix Sun's owners Jerry CoAngelo, or any rich mofo who don't care about money ends up buying the Jaguars.
2nd, He or she plans to move the team to Vegas, I really don't think Jacksonville would miss the Jaguars as much as the likes of other cities miss their team. And it would technically fit the division alignment of as an AFC South team. Heck the Colts are in the same conference, and the Cowboys is an NFC East team.
3rd, A grand spanking new 80,000 seat stadium gets built in Vegas.(sounded like old man Ronnie Nathanielsz there for a second, hehe)
4th, Call the team L.A./L.V. Jaguars so that the 3 hour away metropolis feel like they have an NFL team and create a fan base.

Even if Vegas does not always fill their Jaguars games, the stadium will be useful to the countless of conventions done in Vegas(looking forward to the **** convention they always do hehe jk). It's not like the city or state can't afford to build this stadium, heck I think they would try to out grand the Dallas Cowboys stadium IMO. And the most important part, Vegas will be filled with enticed gamblers during the conventions, Football games, Super Mega fights, may be even a Super Bowl every 3-5 years!!!!! May be a Pacquiao v Mayweather III by then!!!

What ya'll think? does my plan work? Any loopholes? Discuss.

sam boyd stadium..............in vegas, the UFL plays there.....

they use to have the greatful dead concerts out there, it's a big place, obviously not as big as dallas or any other professional football, it's outside though, so even in march it could be cold.

i seriously do not think that they could sell out the gate at a football stadium though............ unless they had some seriously cheap seats........
