I don't dispute the Lakers have been the better franchise from the 90s on. How could anyone?

Listen, the Celtics have 17 championships, the Lakers have 15. I don't think either of us have anything to be ashamed of.

If you take out the 50's and 60's, the Celtics still have 6 championships, which is tied with the Bulls.

An argument like this can go on forever with Lakers and Celtics fans. Both sides are passionate and have their own facts for their case as the greatest NBA franchise.

However, there are some things Celtics and Lakers fans can always agree on:

Giving away Vlade Divac for Kobe Bryant was a good decision.
Larry Bird and Magic Johnon are two of the greatest players ever.
Not resigning Travis Knight was a great decision by the Lakers.
Signing Travis Knight was a terrible decision by the Celtics.

At least we aren't Clippers fans
