lols... more personal attacks... what can I expect really???

Floyd didn't go for a ko cause it was a flash knockdown, not to mention that Marquez lost that fight cause his counters are most effective during exchanges and Floyd wouldn't let him get set. Pac would pressure and Marquez would take full advantage of that, why would Floyd make the same mistake. Marquez was beaten mentally cause he knew there was no way to get Floyd to exchange with him, it hard to get Floyd out of his comfort zone and there is where he does his best work.
answer teh question... how do you konw that floyd would go for the KO when in the acutal fight he did not go for the KO even though he had a blown up LW in front of him?

Maybe if you spent more time thinking up a response then you do crying like a little ***** we'd have an intelligent discussion.

Let me get this straight. You want Manny to throw the same punch against the most intelligent fighter, and most accurate counter-puncher in boxing today, or perhaps boxing history???? Do you hate Manny??

              * This is not comparing Malignaggi to Mayweather or Pacquiao to Hatton, it's just an example of a one-dimensional guy blasting through a guy who would give him hell if it wasn't for the fact that the 1-D fighter didn't really give a **** because the tidy boxer's power wasn't enough to trouble him.

Floyd is a superb boxer. Manny is a superb fighter. (He can also box when he wants to). I'm not sure if Floyd has the same kind of mental strength and sheer heart of Pacquiao as a fighter.

Pacquiao will make this a war though. Dude will walk through fire if he has to. If Manny has the Tyson mentality that refuses to be beaten, it'll give anybody a problem. It's hard to see this fight being a tidy boxing match where the little guy is being pushed around, like Marquez.
i hear you.....but malinaggi was also the underdog, despite being the "superior" boxer. fact is, what was malinaggi's biggest win before he fought hatton? hatton had only lost to floyd before he fought paulie, so despite being skilled less technically than paulie, hatton was still seen as the better fighter.

manny is more exciting, and a bigger puncher...but despite being a bigger puncher, what advantages does he really hold over floyd? defense? ability to "adapt" during a fight? ring smarts? no, no, and no.

i hear what you were alluding to, but comparing paulie-hatton to mayweather-pac is a reach. in this case floyd is considered better skilled, AND the overall better fighter....hence why he will come in as the betting favorite.

                1) I didn't ask for your "facts"

                2) I asked you a question

                3) personal attacks don't win you arguments

No one should underestimate Manny's power, Floyd knows it (even though if he won't admit it), but at the same time, Manny shouldn't underestimate Floyd's power either, when Floyd decide to bring his offense up, he's very dangerous..I think both Pacquiao and Floyd fans should be thankful and respect each other equally because fighters like Manny and Floyd only comes once in life time.

It's sad that so many people on here can't hold an intelligent discussion. ****ing loser.
