Just watching his fights on PPV got him jumping up and down my sofa, I can't imagine being there live. Always wanted to go, but unfortunately, the distance and financial issues prohibits me from going. Almost went to the Firpower bout, but the darn tickets sold out so fast, at least for the cheapest ones.
Question: How is the view from the cheapest section of MGM? Is it viewable from up there, is it worth the price? Just wondering because for the Firepower bout, it started off at $300 for nosebleed and that's pretty pricey. .Comment

i saw pacquiao first time he won his first title again Ledabwa on De La Hoya/Castellijo undercard in Vegas 2001. since then i went live to Morales 1 and 3 and Marquez 2. ive been to vegas during this last three fight but only to closed circuit...manny's fights have been big events from de la hoya onComment

usually the cheapest seat for a fight is $150 - that is how much it was for Firepower, but those tickets were gone about 2mins after going on sale, so only $300 was available as the cheapest. the difference between $150 seat and a $300 seat is sometimes so marginal that id rather pay $150 just to be there even if the seat isnt as good (but really its just a matter of a few rows). $150 and $300, typically, is in the same upper section with $150 being the upper rows and $300 being the lower rows, not much difference. it always depends on the fight tho.
for Pacquiao/Mayweather...if it's at MGM...lowest price will likely be $300 retail for nosebleed....but like other fights, it will be impossible to get those ticketsComment

I was at the Thomas and Mac Center to watch Pacquiao Morales 3. The atmosphere was crazy then. I can only imagine how much crazier it has gotten.
I hope to be able to watch the Mayweather/Pac fight live and I'm prepared to pay $500 per ticket but even that amount might not be enough.Comment

I was at the Pac/Cotto fight and was the first time I went to any live fight period and let me tell you the experience was something I will always cherish not by just the fight itself (though my boy Cotto got thoroughly obliterated ) but by the people, the atmosphere and witnessing an all time great (Manny) practicing his craft.
