The reason I lean towards Martyinez is because he hurt Paul Williams in the round. Martinez was never hurt and when he was KD is was actually a grazing blow where he appeared off balance.

Watch it in slo-mo. The KD for Martinez was actually caused by him trying to duck and bent his ankle. It was a grazing shot with no power behind it.
