I'm sorely tempted to make the journey over to the states for this one, anyone else have any plans to go stateside and if so have you already booked anything?

I heard the tickets were going to be $500 minimum if it was in Vegas. I'm really hoping it will be in Texas at the Dallas Cowboys stadium where the tickets might well be cheaper. It would also be cheaper flying to Texas than Vegas I believe.

      Mayweather v Pacquiao

      Hi,

I have made some inquries with BAC Sports and ive laid down that I will only pay between £1000 - £1100 for 4 days inculding $500 ticket for the fight, flights & accomadation.

I know thats just an estimate at the moment but I will spend no more than £1200 for this fight.

Apart from BAC Sports are there any other operators that would arrange packages for this fight.

Here is the estimate they provided me.

        Mohammed

Good to speak to you today. As promised here is an example of the itinerary and price for a package to see Pacquiao v Mayweather in Las Vegas should they confirm the fight.

I would estimate that a 4 night trip with direct flights staying at New York New York / Luxor / Excalibur with $500 tickets (not face value) would be in the region of £1200 - £1400 per person.

As soon as I know anything about the dates of the fight I will contact you immediately and we can book something up should you wish to confirm.

If you have any questions just let me know.

        Kind regards

I called Tome back and added that I would pay between £1000 - £1200 with respectable accomodation dont require 4* or 5 * hotels. Tom at BAC Sports confirm he would be able to make some arrangments with that budget.

        Hope this helps.

Cheers for that, i know thomas cook will do packages aswell, i have £500 saved up for a thomas cook package holiday so im going to se if they let me transfer it and save me some money although im guessing the answer will be no.

Last time i went to Calzaghe vs Hopkins i used lastminute for flights and hotel and booked fight ticket seperately, but getting a fight ticket is priority, just depends where they'll actually box!

Thomas Cook will do packages as well, If I were to contact them would they give us an estimate.

You are right due to the magnitude of this event, it would be best to go from UK with a package that inculdes tickets.

The word is that they should be offically announcing the fight this week or next week.

I will updated you once I get the package details and costs.
