Some people are ******! There are people out there who think Floyd is overrated. Not really my opinion, although I'm not exactly star-struck by him, but those people actually exist.

Wow, what is wrong with you Manny fans?? You haven't been impressed with Floyd at WW? Yet you buy into this bogus image of Manny? Last I checked, since Floyd has been a WW he is still undefeated. Are you more impressed with the two fights Manny had with JMM, or the complete dominance Floyd had over JMM? You Manny fans may try to dismiss Floyd's dominance over JMM, I reiterate, JMM whooped Manny and should have won in many folks eyes.

Again, Cotto had no problem with it. It posed no danger to his health. His doctor said he can fight above 144 without any problems, but should try to avoid going lower.

Would it have really made a difference anyway? Cotto would still lose at 147. 2lbs isn't going to automatically make Cotto become more skilled when he wasn't even drained.

Oscar could have done the same -- Pacquiao kills Oscar at 154. I already posted my opinions on this.

Exactly, taking the opinion of a sports writer is ignorant.

Listen, Mr Thicko, you keep referring to me as "Manny fans". Refer to me as an individual and we can talk.

FWIW, no, Floyd has done sweet **** at WW all except fight Baldomir, Judah and Mitchell. The rest weren't Welterweights. Big deal. Pacquiao's win over Cotto is better than any win Floyd has had in almost 5 years at WW.

floyd fought a fully confident, undefeated, fast and able hatton.

hatton didnt lose anything moving up

No danger??... The typical signs of dehydration are, swelling around the eyes during the fight, double vision and right side weakness, DLH and Cotto experienced those symptoms. DLH wisely chose to quit, Cotto foolishly fought on. The double vision is due to the brain shrinking secondary to dehydration. Most fighters who suffer brain damage were dehydrated before/during the fight. They all struggled to make weight. The less fluid around the brain, the more the brain is susceptible to damage.

I say that's worse than fighting Cotto at 145 when in the fight before he was 146.
and Roach gladly accepted since he knew DLH would be severely drained too

roach was DLH's coach so he knows DLH's body just like he knew DLH was gun shy

Mayweather's a smart boxer. If anyone can stop Pacquiao, it's gonna be him.

But with all this talk about JMM... Pacquiao used to be so sloppy back in the day. But MP has evolved into an exceptional fighter. Had he possessed the knowledge and skills he has now when he fought JMM, it would have ended quick.

That's why I think MP will win against PBF. Because he keeps getting better and better every time we see him fight. He's constantly evolving and always proves naysayers wrong.

But who knows.. maybe MP will get KTFO. And that's what I can't wait to see...
