"Its no concern of mine whether it is 145 pounds or not," Cotto said.

"That is the usual weight that we cut down to for the weigh in, and in the ring—on fight night—I will go up eight to 10 pounds, so actually during the fight I will weigh around 155," stated Cotto.

As for Pacquiao-Foreman, cut the bull**** about it being at 149 unless you're supplying proof.

Floyd can't even honor a catchweight. To me, that's worse than a catchweight itself, which is no bad thing if both parties are happy to agree. I don't look back to the 1940's and think "Hmmm... Armstrong is a bastard for fighting Jenkins at 139!", nor do I look back at Pacquiao-Cotto and think "Pacquiao is a bastard for fighting Cotto at 145!". Catchweights have allowed some good matchups throughout boxing history.

Why does Pac want JMM at 145?

Why did Pac agree to 147?

Did manny asks DLH to fight at 147? Nope. DLH insisted they fight at 147.

Like S A M said, Floyd fought JMM at a catchweight and didn't honor it.

I say that's worse than fighting Cotto at 145 when in the fight before he was 146.

Because there was NO OTHER weight the fight could be made at?

Why did Manny make Cotto weigh 145 Pounds?

Yes, one of the best boxers in my opinion, but any opinion is debatable. My problem is not actually with your comment, but the way you try to force it down people's throats. You are too forceful with your opinions and too set in your ways.

Be flexible, like a thin tree. Or like Paul Williams.

It was about getting a psychological / mental advantage rather than a physical one. Simple.

                  Shawn Porter would agree, btw.

Everything about that fight was based on deception. Genius.
