they need to build up their characters from scratch, where they started, how they transcended into the professional boxing, and their path to where they are currently now. TBH this should be like 2 episodes long, the next 3 should then focus on their training and them prepping for this fight

They need to air them (or a version of 24/7) on NBC, CBS, ABC or FOX so they can promote this fight to the mainstream. Slap a fight or two (maybe with some young up and comers) before and/or after the Pacquiao-Mayweather promos and try to get people to really start paying more attention to boxing. I mean you got these great promo shows that really get you psyched up for the fight but half the people don't get to see them because they're on HBO.

That would be a good idea, I that'd raise PPVs by at least 15% if it was shown prime tiime on a major network. But since it's an HBO PPV, they want people to subscribe to HBO just to see these episodes. I know alot of people who buy HBO just for boxing alone, at $15 a month it adds up.

No doubt HBO is digging up old photos and film of their younger years to make some great 24/7 series episodes.

The crew knows how big this fight is.
