Although he LOST his performance against Chavez the first time around is one of the greatest fighting exibitions Ive ever seen.

Taylor was a very good fighter but too happy to trade for his own good.

Weight problems at 140 hurt him...it's hard to picture him really staying at the top of the sport that long anyway, Chavez or not.

Duva deserves much of the blame. I think Taylor would've verbally responded if Duva hadn't been on the ring apron, distracting him.

Duva and Team Taylor also made the genius move of having Taylor fight Terry Norris after Taylor had struggled with Glenwood Brown.

Definitely the Chavez fight, no shame in being stopped by a legend.

I just re-watched the Glenwood Brown fight recently and have to say that despite his struggles in this fight, I found Taylor's performance to be impressive in its own right.

Not up there with the McGirt fight and first Chavez one, but I liked the way Taylor came back in this one. After some alright and good performances post-Chavez, Taylor really showed both the signs of the the damage he had taken in his career and the fact that he really was best off at 140. He was up here against a more natural WW, a guy who had half a foot in reach on him, and who dropped him twice in the early going. Despite the early KD and being rocked several times, he rallied to win a hard fought decision, doing some terrific body work along the way.
