When did you hear that someone was accused like PACQUIAO did?

He was never tested positive like ROY JONES,JAMES TONEY,CHAD DAWSON(MARIHUANA),SHANE MOSLEY,VARGAS and other guys.

PACQUIAO didnt do **** except winning a 7 titles in different division.
