They're cases where it is valid. However, they're has not been a shred of evidence to support Mayweather Sr.'s claim. Pacquiao must be on some sweet juice or just cycling it out of his body before the fight happens. We need random tests, mang. But seeing the fight is only 4 months away, it kind of takes away from Team Pacquiao using anything su****ious if the cycles go over the urine test day.

Exactly how I feel. The amount of people who just know that Pacquiao is on steroids is staggering. They don't know squat, possibly about anything and yet they rant, often with blisteringly ignorant justifications, about how it's impossible for Pacquiao to do what he has done without steroids. Bull****. For someone to stand trial there has to be at least some evidence of the crime*.

*For the benefit of the idiots out there who don't know the definition of the words 'evidence' and 'fact', repeating Pacquiao's achievements and saying you think it's impossible doesn't count.

i mean in this day and age it is commonplace for many elite athletes to use steroids, they have steroids that are always going to be available to the super elite that are un-dectectable and arent testable, not a knock on pacquiao because i dont personally beleive that he uses them, but
with other elite boxers getting caught, especially as of late, and how suprising it is that he is a 7 division champ, its very understandable why people may consider that he would use steroids,

even if hes been cleared by the navada athletic commision or what not, they do not test for designer steroids like the ones shane moseley was using until the creator(balco) gets caught

i think it has something to do with the fact that pacquiao would most likely be considered greater than floyd when its all said and done. it has come to a point where downplaying his accomplishments is not enough for floyd to catch up.
