This news isn't new but if think about it did Nacho Finally saw something in Manny that other boxing experts (as the call themselves) and coaches still don't see until now? This question was asked after Floyd Jr. beat his boy Juan Manuel Marquez in a very convincing fashion and if he is not true to his answer he can always down play Manny's Chances against Floyd coz Floyd easily beat JMM while on the other hand Manny was having hard time beating JMM in the past. He could further argue that b4 Manny will think of fighting Floyd Jr. he should first beat JMM convincingly like what Floyd did...But no he favors Manny of beating Floyd! Furthermore this interview was taken before the Cotto fight and he was convinced Manny can beat Cotto with no problem... so far Don Nacho's prediction is goin his way...will it still be true after Floyd Jr. vs. Pacquiao fight? Why do he think Manny has the edge over Jr? this what he has to say...
“It would be a difficult fight. But I keep thinking Pacquiao because he maintains a rhythm an Mayweather has a defensive style in which he backs up and goes through long intervals without throwing punches. I believe it would be a very close fight. If it were to go the full 12 rounds, because of Mayweathers defensive style, for my taste, I’d like to see Pacquiao win.”
