[QUOTE=Bahamut Zero;6906855]Same line when Pac was about to fight Barrera (first fight), Hatton, Dela Hoya (many even said a weight drained Oscar ****s Manny) and Cotto! Look what happened LOL!

You compare those fighters to Leonard? That says it all

"no mas" prolly leonard will eventually win on points by jabbing and potshots. but if he will fight with machismo toe to toe then pacmans gotta chance to ko him.

You should watch Leonard's career instead on 20 seconds of a round. Leonard didn't just "pot shot" and "jab" And no way in hell does Pac KO Leonard.

I think pacman has proven alot and I honestly feel he will take the win with mayweather. I've been doing some study on them two and I just see pac winning, just my opinion.

If they will fight now? Pacquiao by annihilation, Leonard will be lucky to hear the bell of round 5. But prime for prime it will be a 50-50 fight.

I agree, Pacquiao has already surpasses those legends. If pacquiao was only an american no doubt in my mind that he's already been a GOAT after he destroyed dela hoya.

its hard to say if pac can beat them or not. leonard, hearns, hagler, they are all way biger than pac is. its like trying to compare them to ali and saying they cant beat him or to say if they went up against tyson. Pac is a living legend. He has more belts and in 8 different weight classes. that alone tops them already.

its really disturbing how little people here acctually know about boxing.

a few days ago there was some douche saying robinson was like a black pacquiao. now there is a thread about who would win a hearns-benn matchup and benn is leading the poll!

next thing i see is this.. seriously ppl what the hell is wrong with you? leonard knocks him out, its just common sense.

And, I agree with you about Pac. Some fans on here get carried away with his all time status. He is not even top 20 to me. Ali is really top arguable top 3. Pac would have to do so much for him for him to be considered that great. I mean he is great don't get me wron but he is not Whitaker, Duran, Leonard great. Let alone Ali, Greb, Armstrong, Robinson great.
Many people don't like Whitaker due to his style. But he was definitely one of the best fighters in the last 30 years of fighting. He beat Nelson when he didnt lose in like 7 years to sanchez, took Chavez to school and given a draw, beat Ramirez, Haugen, Rivera(when he was undefeated). But one fight that stands out to me is his victory over JC Vasquez when JC was like 53-1(only loss was a DQ to phillips). People thought JC would murder him due to strength and size. JC even destroyed Winky Wright at 154 with multiple KD's. Styles make fights, and if someone asked me which WW would match up well with pac i think Sweet Pea.
