There is no proof so no I don't believe he is.

Will I be shocked if he gets busted? No... But, I wouldn't be shocked if Mayweahther, Froch, Calderon, P-Will, Marquez was doing as well. That is just the era we live that anybody could be doing. But, I think wrong to just accuse Manny. That is nothing but a witch hunt. To me anybody who believes it without the proof is nothing but a hater.

Lots of hearsay is what it is, started by a guy that can hardly be understood at times. I'm actually surprised it's become such a big thing.

He acheived a lot in a very short time, so people will have there doubts in this day and age of steroid scandals,i mean how long ago was it that shane mosley was busted and various other athletes inside and outside of boxing people will naturally have there doubts.I personally think he is clean and for the sport i pray that he is clean.

I don't get it, the guy used to walk in the ring for his 130 fights at 140+ now he's coming in the ring at 148 for his 145 fight.

All this fuss because the dude put on 8lbs in a year? Seriously? thats 8lbs when he's not trying to cut his weight unnaturally low during training.

Thats my take, his later 130 career was based on him cutting his weight down rather than pumping up a huge amount now.

Also you'll notice ODLH, Hatton and Cotto haven't made any allagations.
